Pam Eaton (she/her), MSW, BSW, RSW

Therapist, Specializing in Trauma, Perinatal Mental Health, Depression and Anxiety.

Change is an inevitable part of our journey and it can bring both challenges and opportunities. As a dedicated and compassionate Therapist, with 20 years experience, I am here to guide you through life’s transitions. My mission is to help you navigate through this adjustment with resilience, strength, and a renewed sense of purpose. I have personally experienced many of life’s challenges and draw from my own insights as well as my professional experience and training to help guide you through your life’s challenges.

I am passionate about helping clients process their traumatic experiences. My speciality is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful therapeutic tool that helps lower the intensity of traumatic memories. This includes birth trauma, childhood trauma or any other traumatic experiences. I will work with you and be by your side, to help you through these tough times.

As a couple, you may get into negative interactive patterns that are hard to get out of. I can help you notice your patterns and find ways to modify or replace them. If each of you is willing to notice your own part of the negative interactive pattern and take responsibility, you are on your way to a better relationship.

If you would like to work with me though your struggles please book online or send me an email to pameatoncounselling@gmail.com and I can answer any questions you may have.
